Management

This series aims at facilitating the planning, introduction and adoption of modern management concepts and tools by the organizations as defined by Accreditation Canada International, and providing insight into how to identify common barriers, which tools to use, and how to successfully manage them. Health care professionals will be introduced to the theories and evidence-based tools, and applications to build and maintain an ethical decision-making process in their organizations.

Target groups include senior leadership, executives, team leaders and quality and accreditation coordinators. Sessions involve concepts, tools and practical applications, small and large group discussions, exercises, case studies, and feedback which will contribute to making these sessions a meaningful learning experience.
