Surveyor Training

This series comprises a two-step certification process to build capacity for health care professionals interested in being involved in accreditation in their own organization as well as in other health care organizations.

The first step is the Certified Accreditation Specialist program which gives participants the appropriate tools and methodology to prepare their organization for external review.

The Certified Health Care Surveyor Program is the second step. Aimed at successful candidates of the Certified Accreditation Specialist program, it provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to assist health care organizations implement accreditation standards by reviewing their progress and measuring indicators of success.
